M.A. English literature programme aims to contribute to the professional development of students who want to acquire an understanding of the teaching and learning of English in specific academic and professional contexts. On completion of the programme, students will have a deeper understanding of the background, practices and research in academic and professional English.
A candidate with a pass in B.A English Major / a pass in Part-II English Paper of B.A, B.Sc Degree (4 semesters) or any other equivalent degree accepted by Madurai Kamaraj University except B.Com / B.B.A / B.A Economics students.
